EVANSVILLE- A Federal Judge is ordering the United State Treasury to make paper money recognizable to blind people. Judge James Robertson said the U.S. Currency, in its current form, violates the Rehabilitation Act. That Act prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability in Government programs.
